摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酰胺衍生物和苯乙烯为合成原料,采用溶液聚合法合成了一种新型油溶性稠油降黏剂SER-1,并考察了单体配比、反应温度、反应时间以及引发剂加量对稠油降黏效果的影响。结果表明,降黏剂SER-1的最佳合成条件为甲基丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酰胺衍生物和苯乙烯的摩尔比为 9∶2∶3,反应温度为 70℃,反应时间为5h,引发剂加量为单体总质量的1.5%。降黏剂SER-1的加量为 1500mg/L时,对稠油的净降黏率可以达到64.38%;降黏剂 SER-1加入稠油中后,其胶质和沥青质含量明显降低,饱和烃和芳香烃含量明显增大,这表明研制的新型油溶性稠油降黏剂 SER-1对稠油起到了良好的降黏效果。现场试验结果表明,Y-3井在蒸汽吞吐开采过程中注入新型油溶性稠油降黏剂 SER-1后,有效生产时间明显延长,日产油量明显提高,取得了良好的生产效果。

Abstract:

A new oil soluble viscosity reducer SER-1 was synthesized by solution polymerization from octadecyl methacrylate, acrylamide derivatives and styrene. The effects of monomer ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and initiator dosage on viscosity reduction were investigated. The results showed that the optimum synthesis condition of viscosity reducer SER-1 was that the molar ratio of octadecyl methacrylate, acrylamide derivative and styrene was 9∶ 2∶ 3, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃, the reaction time was 5 hour, and the amount of initiator was 1.5% . When the dosage of viscosity reducer SER-1 is 1500mg / L, the net viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil can reach 64.38% ; when the viscosity reducer SER-1 is added to heavy oil, the content of gum and asphaltene is obviously reduced, and the content of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon is obviously increased, which shows that the new oil soluble viscosity reducer SER-1 has a good viscosity reduction effect on heavy oil. The field test results show that the effective production time and daily oil production of well Y-3 are significantly prolonged and good production results are achieved after the injection of a new oil soluble viscosity reducer SRE-1 in the process of steam stimulation.
